Additional Notes

1. *Packages are available either in person or online. In person sessions are Covid restriction dependent. Prior to an in person session all clients are requested to complete a lateral flow test and confirm a negative result. Neelam will also conduct a lateral flow test and confirm her negative result. 
2. Travel: Travel for in person sessions within a 30 minute drive or a 20 mile radius of Watford, Hertfordshire is included in all package prices. Travel outside of this scope will be an additional fee dependent on the extra time and mileage required and can be discussed prior to booking. Any additional travel charge will be included in your final invoice.
3. Payment: a 50% non-refundable deposit is due a week after the full invoice is issued. The balance is due on the day of the last session.  Any additional travel costs or hours will be invoiced separately. If you need to change any session dates please contact Neelam to discuss availability at least 48 hours prior to the session. 
4. Availability – weekdays (including daytime and evenings) and limited weekend availability.
5. For any style queries falling outside of the scope of the 5 packages an hourly service is also offered which is charged at a rate of £45/hour either in person or online. If travel applies, travel terms as mentioned above will apply in addition.
